The main content of this drug was capreomycin sulphate. It contains 4 active ingredients: IAIBAB. IA and IB play an important role in therapeutic aspect. It is a white, or almost white, solid; very soluble in water; practically insoluble in chloroform, in ethanol (96%) and in ether. For lung tuberculosis caused by tuberculosis sub-branch bacilli, or for failed treatments after taken the first line of anti-tuberculosis medicines (such as streptomycin, isonicid, rifampicin and ethambutol); or for any person who feel dissatisfied with the above-mentioned medicines because of toxin effects of the medicine or antibiotic resistance such that the above-mentioned medicines are not appropriate.
